    Easter Recipes that are Easy and Delicious

    The joy of Easter is upon us again and one way of celebrating Jesus Christ’s resurrection is through heartwarming meals that everyone will love.     Easter Bunny Popcorn Bars

    If you’re looking for a quick snack fix for movie time and while playing fun games with the family, the Easter Bunny popcorn bars is an ideal recipe to try.

    Ingredients:

    • One (1) tablespoon butter
    • Two (2) tablespoons sprinkles
    • Four (4) cups popcorn
    • One (1) cup bunny-shaped graham crackers
    • ¼ (one-fourth) cup mini eggs
    • 20 large marshmallows

    Procedure:

    1. Grease an 8” x 8” baking pan with cooking spray.
    2. For 45 seconds, melt the butter in the microwave.
    3. Then, add in marshmallows to the liquid mixture and stir consistently.
    4. Once mixture is smooth, add in popcorn and crackers.
    5. Transfer the mixture to the baking pan and randomly press the eggs on the bars. Top with sprinkles.
    6. Chill for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!

    Rainbow Deviled Eggs

    Rainbow eggs are so pretty! If you want to enjoy these colorful yet delicious treats, better try this recipe now.

    Ingredients:

    • Hard boiled eggs, peeled
    • Kosher salt
    • White ground pepper
    • Chopped chives
    • One (1) tablespoon white vinegar
    • One (1) tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

    Procedure:

    1. Place your hardboiled eggs with the organic dye in a pot and boil until desired color is reached.
    2. Rest your eggs first as you prepare the eggs’ filling.
    3. In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar. Stir until the mixture is creamy.
    4. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and put the mixture in a piping bag. Pipe the eggs with your preferred tip.
    5. Garnish the deviled eggs with chives and refrigerate until ready to serve.

     

    Easter Bunny Snack Board

    Are you and your family fans of veggies as snacks? Then, the Easter Bunny snack board is a great way of enjoying veggies in a cute way.

    Ingredients:

    • Radish
    • Celery
    • Broccoli
    • Carrots
    • Black olives
    • Asparagus
    • Cauliflower
    • Cherry tomato
    • Red bell peppers
    • Pita crackers

    Procedure:

    1. In a 20” x 13” wood board, place an 8.5” diameter plate and fill it with hummus. To create the face of the bunny, place black olives as eyes, cherry tomato as nose, asparagus as whiskers, and halved olives as mouth.
    2. To make the bunny ears, use pita crackers. In the center, place sliced red bell peppers.
    3. On top of the bunny ears, fill it with broccoli.
    4. Place sliced celery on the bottom of the ears just like the image above.
    5. From the celery, place sliced radish, young carrots, black olives and asparagus.
    6. To make the bunny chest and bowtie, use the remaining space to put cauliflower.
    7. Top the cauliflower with two broccolis with a cherry tomato on the center.
